RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor, analyze, and solve security incidents for Banks and Credit Unions with the highest level of security requirements.
Manage Cisco’s Self-Defending Network from #1 Global Security Company.
Ensure 99.999% uptime for clients’ Cisco Unified Communications (VoIP) solutions.
Assist with implementing, monitoring, and managing Advanced Security Technologies: Cisco MARS, ASA, PIX, IPS, CSA, and NAC.
Analyze client systems and report on security and performance. Provide recommendations.
Communicate technical issues and solutions with clients in business terms.
Cycle through a schedule of on-call duties with NOC team for escalation purposes.
Job Requirements
Experience with Cisco advanced SDN solutions: ASA, IPS, CSA, NAC and MARS
Cisco certifications: CCNP or CCSP required
In lieu of CCNP or CCSP, Certifications: MCSE with CCNA required
Must be comfortable working with and troubleshooting the Microsoft series of operation systems (NT/XP?2002/2003) and server solutions ( Exchange, SQL, IIS, ISA, AD)
Ability to work in fast paced, rapidly changing environment and a STRONG desire to learn.
EXCELLENT oral and written communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with executives, engineers, sales, vendors and peers.
Can survey your previous customers, managers, and peers and receive outstanding rating.
Team player required: must be able to interact with peers, management, and senior engineers in a constantly evolving NOC/SOC environment to ensure a positive customer experience.
Title 12 USC 1829 Background Check.
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent experience.

Server administrations experience
Current security certifications such as GSNA,CISSP, or GSEC
Experience in the financial service industry
Familiarity with compliance regulations: FFIEC, FDIC, NCUA, and GLBA
