Dan Holt, CEO

Daniel W. Holt, Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer

As co-founder and CEO of HEIT, Inc., Mr. Holt is responsible for corporate development, strategic partnerships, and overall company strategy. Under his leadership, the company continues to expand nationally earning numerous accolades including: Cisco’s Financial Services Partner of the Year; ReymannGroup Certified Enabler; and a leading Industry Solutions Provider for Banks and Credit Unions. Additionally, Mr. Holt is a leading information technology expert for the financial services industry and specifically delivers thought leadership at Bank and Credit Union seminars, speaking engagements, and provides expertise on the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) guidance. Mr. Holt has held numerous leadership positions in information security and executive management. Mr. Holt also served as an Officer in the US Air Force with a Top Secret clearance, a Presidential Honor Guard member, a Nuclear Combat Commander, and an IS Operations Officer. After obtaining his Masters Degree, he led the IT Operations Organization for a global Internet Service Provider (ISP). As Director of IT, Mr. Holt’s team designed, built and operated a unit of Amazon.com, including the Network Operations Center. Mr. Holt led many leading-edge Industry Based Solutions for Financial Institutions and for some of the largest enterprises in the world.

Dan Holt is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), GIAC Systems and Network Auditor (GSNA), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), and Project Management Professional (PMP). Mr. Holt also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for HEIT, Inc. Dan is considered a visionary, charismatic, personable, energetic, and respected leader.

Troy Edington, CTO

Troy Edington, Co-Founder, Chief Technology Officer

As co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of HEIT, Inc., Mr. Edington is responsible for all aspects of corporate technology and operations. Mr. Edington has 14 years of Information Technology experience, specifically in networking, system administration and security for the Financial Industry. Mr. Edington graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Calgary. Since then, Mr. Edington has worked internationally in the Financial, Energy, and High Tech industries. Mr. Edington has held several technical positions including Senior Network Engineer, Security Officer and Senior Systems Administrator and has architected and secured numerous 24 x 7 network infrastructures for a variety of financial institutions. Mr. Edington designed and integrated Cisco’s Self-Defending Network and the #1 managed services software platform for HEIT’s End-to-End Managed Services Solution in security, performance, VoIP, and management. As an expert at Security Assessments, Mr. Edington has become the security leader at penetration testing and vulnerability assessments for financial institutions.

Mr. Edington posses numerous accreditations including, Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Information Systems Security (INFOSEC) Professional.


Berkley L. Fuller III

Berkley L. Fuller III, Chief Marketing Officer

Berkley L. Fuller III is a dynamic marketing and sales expert that brings over 14 years of experience from a variety of functions and industries. His expertise aided in the growth of several Fortune 100 companies, as well as, the national expansion of an emerging retail chain. As Chief Marketing Officer, Mr. Fuller is responsible for all aspects of corporate marketing, business development, strategic partnerships, public relations, and communications. Before joining HEIT, Mr. Fuller was Executive Vice President & Chief Business Development Officer for Inta Juice Enterprises, Inc. Previous to that, Mr. Fuller led various high-profile marketing teams for Hewlett-Packard Company (“HP”). During that time, he held positions in business development, marketing, product management, communications, total customer experience, and service & support. As the Customer Intelligence Manager of HP OpenView software, the largest monitoring platform, Mr. Fuller played a key role at growing their customer base and building long-term relationships. Before joining HP, Mr. Fuller worked for International Business Machines (“IBM”) in Silicon Valley. Prior to joining IBM, Mr. Fuller was an outside sales representative where he achieved substantial growth and numerous awards. Mr. Fuller graduated from California State University-San Jose with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing.

Mr. Fuller is variously described as passionate, focused, funny, sincere, hard-charging and creative, and has infused HEIT, Inc. with his own brand of energetic leadership, vision, and spirit. Mr. Fuller also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for HEIT.


TD Williams, Vice President, Professional Services

TD Williams, Vice President, Professional Services

TD Williams is a twenty year veteran of the Financial Services industry with an extensive background in technology supporting investments management and banking operations. His experience in leadership, operations, communications and client service expertise provides a multi-dimensional foundation for building strong client relationships while providing impeccable engagement delivery. As Vice President of Professional Services, Mr. Williams is responsible for program management of HEIT’s portfolio of projects and continually manages operational process improvement. A member of the executive management team, he assists in setting strategic direction. Before joining HEIT, Mr. Williams was a Principal IT Manager for one of the world’s largest independent global investment managers, Invesco. Over his nine year tenure with Invesco, he was responsible for design, implementation, and operational management of key network, systems and security infrastructures supporting trading, portfolio management, and corporate operations worldwide. Prior to Invesco, Mr. Williams spent eight years in community banking holding various operational positions encompassing credit and risk analysis, bond portfolio management, financial reporting, loan, teller and technology operations. Mr. Williams has also worked in various consulting roles throughout his career both independently and collaboratively with other firms.

Mr. Williams is a Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP) and a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). His dedication to people, client service and leadership are backed by integrity, compassion, fairness, genuine humility and contagious optimism.


Peter M. Hefley, Manager, Network Operations Center

Peter Hefley is an information security leader with HEIT, Inc. based out of Fort Collins, CO and has received numerous distinctions, including recognition from the National Security Agency. Mr. Hefley has a broad base of experience in operations management, systems administration, project management, network security, information warfare, cryptography, and cryptanalysis. Mr. Hefley currently leads HEIT’s highly accredited Network Operations Center. Mr. Hefley also served as an Officer in the US Air Force with a Top Secret clearance as a Nuclear Missile Commander, Air Force Academy instructor, IT Projects Officer, and certified Information Systems Security Officer.

Mr. Hefley is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP), GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC), Cisco Certified Wireless Systems Engineer, Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA), and a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)


Steve Gasiamis, Manager, Risk Management Group

Steve Gasiamis is an experienced Risk Management Consultant, Project Manager, Systems Engineer and IT Auditor with HEIT, Inc. based out of Chicago, IL. Steve has over 11 years experience in the Information Security industry including: systems administration, project management, security, auditing, and IT management positions. Six of the eleven years were in the financial industry covering security, mergers and core processing. Since 2002, Steve has been involved with the GLBA & SOX readiness, assessments, preparation, and audits for major corporations and financial institutions. Mr. Gasiamis has held many analytical and technical positions including Network Engineer, Systems Administrator, Financial Systems Consultant, Financial IT Manager, and IT Audit Consultant. Steve is an expert at Risk Assessments, IT Audits, BCP Reviews, and IT compliance requirements of the most regulated industry, Financial Services.

Patrick Johnson, Senior Compliance Officer

Patrick Johnson is the Senior Compliance Officer and is an experienced IT regulatory compliance expert, technical writer, project manager, risk management coordinator and business continuity professional with HEIT, Inc. based out of Fort Collins, CO. Patrick has over 14 years of experience in the information technology and financial industries, bringing proven methodologies to a national client base regarding risk analysis, FFIEC compliance program development and risk management program deployment. Patrick has worked closely with numerous financial institutions, industry leaders and regulatory entities providing thought leadership and viable/compliant solutions for the Financial Institution regulatory landscape.

Mr. Johnson is a certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), an accomplished author and public speaker. He has a proven track record of excellent work-program design/development, customer satisfaction, subject matter expertise, training/implementation, project/program management and compliance comprehension and application. He currently resides in Southern California.

Paul Reymann

Paul Reymann, Strategic Advisor and IT Compliance Expert

Mr. Reymann is one of the nation's leading financial institutions regulatory experts and co-author of Section 501 of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act Data Protection regulation. Mr. Reymann has more than eighteen years experience in the financial services industry, including thirteen years with the Department of Treasury's Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) in Washington D.C. There he guided the regulatory agency's Technology Risk management activities and authored several key regulatory directives and advisories on emerging risk management issues, including the industry's first regulatory directive on "Transactional Internet Banking."

Mr. Reymann is referenced frequently in industry news and magazine articles. He is also the author of numerous articles and papers on technology risk, transactional web sites, customer information, network security and other technology and safety and soundness topics. He works with HEIT and FFIEC regulatory bodies to help translate the compliance needs into tangible solutions that can be delivered to financial instutions.
