Daniel W. Holt, Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer

As co-founder and CEO of HEIT, Inc., Dan Holt is responsible for corporate development, strategic partnerships, and overall corporate strategy. Under his leadership, HEIT has become a managed services leader for the financial industry. Mr. Holt joined the US Air Force 20 years ago with a commitment to protecting and defending. Whether he was protecting the President of the United States, Nuclear Operations Commander, or for banks, it has always helped mitigate risk for critical infrastructure protection (CIP). He has held numerous leadership positions in IT performance, security and compliance, including building a world class team at HEIT.

Dan Holt still holds several industry certifications including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), as well as being a member of ISACA, Association for Financial Technology, and MSP Alliance Standards Committee. He earned his MBA from Colorado State University and BS in Business from University of Maryland. Dan is considered a visionary, passionate, and respected leader that is devoted to client service excellence.
