HEIT Welcomes Ken Totura, Vice President of Sales, and Other Key PersonnelRelease Date: 3/16/2009 Fort Collins, Colorado, March 16, 2009 – HEIT, Inc., an information security and compliance Managed Services Provider (MSP) with an exclusive focus on the financial industry, is pleased to welcome Ken Totura as Vice President of Sales. Ken brings over 25 years of sales experience and will assume all responsibilities for HEIT’s sales strategy and team. Additional key personnel have joined other departments at HEIT and will help guide the company’s continued growth and expert support for clients. “HEIT is uniquely positioned to deliver innovative security and risk management solutions to community banks and credit unions,” said Ken Totura, the newly appointed Vice President of Sales. “It’s exciting to be part of a team that is passionate about building the best financial industry network to proactively mitigate risk by keeping client assets secure and adhering to heightened compliance mandates.” Ken brings a wealth of subscription-based technology services experience to HEIT from IBM to Inacom to Vericept to MX Logic. Dan Holt, Chief Executive Officer, asked the board of MX Logic how much Ken contributed to their 266% revenue growth in 3 years. The response was, “Ken was the catalyst. We couldn’t have done it without him.” Mr. Totura is a seasoned sales management professional with extensive experience in the managed services industry. Paul Reymann, co-author of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, first introduced Mr. Totura to HEIT as an expert in the industry. HEIT has added other key personnel, including a Director of Network Operations Center (NOC), Controller, four NOC information security engineers, and a Master Business Continuity Planner (MBCP). HEIT’s newest member of the Risk Management Group, MBCP, is one of just 52 professionals with this certification in the U.S. All of HEIT’s new team members will be based in the Fort Collins, CO headquarters facility.
