How do I provide referrals to HEIT?

Making a referral to HEIT is easy; you can do it in one of two ways:
1. Easily submit your referral online using the form on www.goheit.com/referrals and we'll contact your referral directly.
2. Provide the referral information to your HEIT Relationship Manager or Business Development Director and they will process the referral on your behalf. You’ll still receive 100% of your referral rewards and eligibility for any current program incentives and offers.

Who should I refer to HEIT?

We appreciate introductions to C-level contacts or decision makers at community banks and credit unions that could benefit from HEIT’s services. Referrals should only be provided if we can reference you by name.

Who can participate in the goREFER program and earn rewards?

Everyone! We invite our clients, partners, vendors and employees to refer HEIT and participate in our rewards program. Everyone is eligible to earn rewards with the exception of HEIT sales personnel and affiliates with current formal marketing agreements with HEIT.

How much do I earn for successful referrals? Is there a limit to the amount I can earn?

When your referral becomes a new HEIT client, HEIT will thank you with a $500 token of appreciation. Occasionally, HEIT will offer special referral incentives and offers such as sweepstakes and other rewards for your efforts. In these cases, any rewards earned are yours to keep regardless if your referral ultimately becomes a client or not. There is no limit to the amount you can earn in referral bonuses. The more you can earn, the more appreciative we are!

When and how do I receive my payment on referrals?

goREFER rewards are paid 60 days after the new client’s initial contract start date. The $500 token of appreciation can be received as a check payable to your company or you as an individual, as an invoice credit (for current HEIT clients), or we can donate the amount on your behalf to charity.

What is the legal lingo?

goREFER Program General Disclaimer: All persons are eligible to participate in the program, regardless of whether or not they are a current HEIT client or on the HEIT payroll. Recipients of referral rewards are responsible for all tax liabilities, if any, on their rewards. Participants agree to abide by these rules and by the decisions of HEIT, which are final, binding and non-appealable, on all matters. HEIT reserves the right to disqualify any participant that it determines, in its sole discretion, is ineligible to participate in the program. HEIT is not responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed referrals. Referrals are awarded on a first submitted basis; duplicate referrals will be awarded to the individual who first submitted. Referrals are valid and will be honored for one calendar year from submission date. Should HEIT need to request a W-9 form in order to complete payment on referral rewards, your referral bonus will be held until a completed W-9 form is submitted. There are a number of ways you can choose to receive your referral bonus (a check payable to your company or you as an individual, as an invoice credit for current HEIT clients, or as a donation to charity). HEIT reserves the right to rescind and/or donate your referral bonus to any charity of its choosing if no response is received within 180 days from when HEIT contacts you for your payment preference and/or W-9. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HEIT reserves the right to change or cancel the program at any time, at its sole discretion.
